Q When do purchases ship?
Normally, your order will ship the next business day. However, there are exceptions when you order may not ship until 2 or 3 days from order date.
Q How do you ship products?
We ship using the United States Postal Service and ship Priority Mail.
Q What do I do if I do not like my kit or order after I receive it?
Your purchase can be returned as long as ALL materials in are still in the condition in which they were received. What you need to do is email us to let us know you want to return and why. You will need to package the materials appropriately and ship back to us at your expense. Upon receipt, you will receive a store credit or a refund.
Q I received my kit or order but I am missing something.
We do not like to make mistakes but unfortunately sometimes they happen. If your order or kit is missing something please email us right away. We will send your missing items to you on the next business day.
Q I need to talk with someone about an order. Who do I contact?
It is preferred that you contact me via email. However, if necessary you may also contact me by phone 630-918-1980 and I will return your call within 24 hours.
