Normally, your order will ship the next business day. However, there are exceptions when your order may not ship until 2 or 3 days from order date. Shipping is a flat rate of $6.00 for Priority mail in the United States. If we are able to ship Priority mail for less than $6.00, you will be refunded the difference!
Digital purchases (digital stamps, shaped card templates) will be emailed to you within 12 hours. Please be sure that you provide us with your correct email address if it is different from the one you registerd with. We don't want your files to go into your junk folder.
International orders are shipped using Priority Mail. You will pay exact shipping and you will RECEIVE an ADDITIONAL invoice for shipping expenses once the package has been prepared. We deduct the $6.00 you pay with your orginal order from the shipping total.
Return Information...
Your product purchases can be returned as long as ALL materials are still in the condition in which they were received (NEW). What you need to do is email us to let us know you want to return and why. You will need to package the materials appropriately and ship back to us at your expense.
